Where you start depends on what you need - support, partnership, and/or ways to take action.
For people living with autoimmune or chronic illness and those supporting them.
For providers and organizations working to improve access, care, and outcomes.
For those using their voice, influence, or resources to drive change in autoimmune health.
Our Mission: To improve the quality of life for BIPOC individuals living with autoimmune diseases through awareness, advocacy, action, assessment, and alignment.
This work is grounded in lived experience and shaped by the communities we serve.
We connect individual support with systemic change through a dual approach that centers people and systems.
This work exists because gaps in care continue to impact our communities.
Autoimmune and chronic illness can feel isolating, especially when symptoms are dismissed or your experiences are not taken seriously.
Many in our communities wait years for answers and struggle to find care that truly sees them.
We’re here to change that.
We connect people to community, culturally relevant guidance, and pathways to care that reflect real lived experiences.
At the same time, we work beyond the individual, building partnerships, advancing advocacy, and pushing for systems that improve access, trust, and long-term outcomes.
Our programs turn connection into action.
Each program is designed to meet people where they are, from education and support to advocacy and community-driven solutions.
If you’re on Medicare or Medicaid, you may qualify for more than you’re currently receiving.
If you’re not enrolled, you may qualify for coverage and additional support.
That support can include healthcare, prescriptions, food, utilities, and housing-related needs, including repairs.
Through our partnership with Bee Busy Wellness Center, one of only three Benefits Enrollment Centers in Houston, we’re connecting our community to these resources.
This school supply drive is about more than backpacks and notebooks.
It’s about access, dignity, and making sure students and families have what they need to show up ready.
Together with Bee Busy Wellness Center, Positive Express, and Elusive Ladies and Gents, we’re collecting supplies and hygiene items for the upcoming school year.
Be part of the impact.
More than an event, this is how we show up for community.
From the ROCK Summit to ROCK the Block, we’re bringing together health education, resources, screenings, and real connections, all in one place.
This is about access, awareness, and making sure people get connected to care before gaps become bigger issues.
Be part of it.
We partner across healthcare, community, advocacy and education to improve health outcomes.
