Vendors and sponsors may participate on Day 1 (ROCK Summit), Day 2 (ROCK Expo), or both days, based on availability. Vendor space for February 20 (ROCK Summit) is limited.

Option 04
Bronze Sponsor
Recognition is based on the fair market value of the donation and aligns with the closest sponsorship level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum). Fair market value must be provided by the donor and is subject to approval by AIP BIPOC Network. All in-kind contributions are reviewed to ensure alignment with event needs and mission. If an in-kind contribution is not approved, the donation will not be accepted.

In-Kind Sponsorship
(Applies to vendors, sponsors, and in-kind contributors)
✔️AIP BIPOC Network reserves the right to approve or deny vendor and sponsorship participation to ensure alignment with our mission and values.
✔️If an application is not approved, any payment submitted will be refunded.
✔️Approved sponsorships, vendor fees, and donations are non-refundablе.
✔️If the event is postponed or canceled, contributions may be applied to a future AIP BIPOC Network event unless otherwise communicated.
