We center the leadership of those most affected by chronic and autoimmune illness. Their experiences shape how we educate, advocate, and reform care systems.
Our programs turn connection into action. Each one supports a different part of the journey toward health equity, from creating spaces for education and dialogue to building partnerships that improve access, trust, and culturally relevant care. Together, they reflect our belief that real change happens when systems and people work in harmony.
Builds virtual spaces for learning, connection, and wellness where individuals share experiences and find culturally grounded autoimmune support.
Creates national conversations that elevate BIPOC voices, bridge lived experience with research, and shape a more inclusive health future.
Drives change through storytelling, research, and policy partnerships that ensure communities are represented in health equity decisions.
ROCK turns prevention into action through the ROCK Summit and ROCK the Block Expo, blending education, screenings, and movement to support healthier communities.
Connects communities to care through navigation, prevention education, and partnerships that make health access simple, local, and culturally responsive.
Our dual framework connects systemic advocacy with individual empowerment.
We believe equity happens when we transform both the systems that shape health access and the daily habits that support healing and prevention.
the intention behind our approach
We equip individuals with culturally adapted strategies for nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and connection. Nutrient density (Nutrivore) is a central tool for prevention and for managing chronic illness.
We address the root causes of health inequities by tackling social determinants of health. This includes advocating for equitable healthcare access, building inclusive systems, and advancing prevention through education, partnerships, and policy.
