Through trusted partnerships, direct support, and in-person community-based engagement, this work helps reduce barriers and bring care, resources, and navigation closer to the people who need them most.
By linking individuals to resources, health navigation, and community-based support, this work moves beyond awareness into action. It strengthens access, reduces barriers, and creates clearer pathways to care for those navigating autoimmune disease and chronic illness.
It does this in three key ways:
Connecting individuals to screenings, providers, benefits, and community-based services that support earlier access to care.
Helping individuals understand symptoms, identify next steps, and navigate care systems with greater clarity.
Building trusted connections through workshops, outreach, and partnerships that bring care and resources into community spaces.
Casual, in-person meet-ups to connect, share experiences, and build community with others navigating autoimmune and chronic illness.
Sessions focused on nutrient density, sleep, stress, movement, gut health, and linkages to care, supporting sustainable health and wellness routines.
Interactive, in-person experiences for learning, reflection, and connection in autoimmune and chronic illness.
These in-person experiences are designed to support individuals navigating autoimmune disease and chronic illness through education, reflection, and community. Each experience creates space for learning, meaningful conversation, and practical approaches to support real-life health.
